Reservations for stays are accepted until August 31 check-out.

Cancellation Policy
- Only cancellation of the booking day, paying the cancellation fee of the one night staying.
- Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (local time)
- Cancellation fee of the group reservation(5people or more) is different.
- For example: Group reservation of 6 people. It is accrued the cancellation fee of 50% staying fee in the six day before arrival.
- It may order to pay our bank account up to the number of the guest or types of the rooms.

- Also, we cannot accept the reservation of large group sometime even though there are still available room.
Cautions of cancellation of long staying discount
- If you cancel the long staying discount in the middle, we pay back the difference of one night staying plus 500yen.
- For example: Staying dormitory one month and cancel it after staying 10 nights.
10 nights×2000yen＝¥20,000yen. And, one month staying is 30,000yen. So, we pay back the difference ¥10,000yen.
